The pre arrival information was reassuringly concise. The venue is literally round the corner from the end of the M32 and is easy to find with my SatNav. Designated parking (additional small fee) is ample, lit and sufficiently secure. The public areas and apartment (including all crockery and utensils, etc.) are spotlessly clean. All appliances worked well, including the wi-fi internet connection which was effortless to set up (with Vista). Y. Where the apartment did stand out was the electrical appliances: the iPod dock in the wall was a nice touch, the two TVs with integral digital tuners were of a good standard, and the kitchen had A-rated appliances throughout.
